Security Training and Vulnerability Assessment (STAVA) is a Veteran owned Consulting Company established in 2022 to provide vulnerability assessments for companies designed to harden facilities against evolving threats. By taking a holistic view of today’s threat landscape, STAVA Security Consultants assess facilities to establish a comprehensive, layered security approach for the organization. By assessing every aspect of a facility and its current security construct, STAVA identifies deficiencies and offers viable solutions designed to keep the organization and its assets safe.
Dr. Yolanda Wade, ISP®, SFPC
A native of St. Louis, Missouri; Dr. Yolanda Wade was reared in a Christian home where Godly principles were the foundation. The fourth of five children, Dr. Wade was educated in the St. Louis Public and Magnet School Systems. After completing her High School education at Central Visual and Performing Arts in 1991, she enlisted in the United States Navy in 1992 as a Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT) Seaman Recruit and proudly served our country for the next 20-years. During her military career she quickly climbed through the ranks to achieve the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer (E8) while specializing in Intelligence, Counterterrorism, Operations Security (OPSEC), Electronic Warfare, Information Warfare and Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection for U.S. assets in both combat and noncombat environments. After retiring from the United States Navy in 2012, she entered Corporate America where she currently serves as an Industrial Security Manager for the Boeing Company. Dr. Wade entered the Industrial Security community so she could continue contributing to the Global War on Terrorism by safeguarding classified programs and screening applicants for clearances and program accesses.
Dr. Wade is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in the Intelligence, Counterterrorism and Security fields and have acquired a myriad of formalized education and credentials. Dr. Wade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College, a Masters of Science Degree in Criminal Justice-Homeland Security from Colorado Technical University and a Doctorate of Management-Homeland Security degree from CTU. She has also obtained the Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification, Security Professional Certification Professional (SFPC), Facility Security Officer (FSO) Certification and various FEMA credentials. Dr. Wade is a decorated combat Veteran and a recognized leader amongst leaders.
